All proceeds from the Walk for Health will enable The Foundation to move confidently into the future providing the needed services for the detection of breast Cancer as well as outreach programs designed to provide education and emotional support to Cancer patients, survivors and our local community.

The Foundation for Community and Family Health has a number of very successful signature events* that help support our work to help children, families and individuals in our Corona and Norco communities. The Walk for Health provides several opportunities for you to participate as both a participant and/or sponsor. Our Mission

To generate resources and financial assets in order to fund health-related services and enhance the health and well-being of children and families in the Corona, Norco and surrounding Western Riverside Communities.

The Foundation

At our Children's Center We provide innovative outreach programs for children, families and adults that bring education and screenings to children in our area schools, including no cost childhood vaccinations, positive youth development, mom support groups, breast feeding support, safe baby-sitting classes with American Heart CPR certification, prepared child birth and parenting classes. Other programs include informational health seminars to our community including senior care, diabetes monitoring, breast care prevention and awareness. Our Resource program ensures all families leave with the necessary community referrals with their immediate needs met. Clothing, shoes, books, school supplies and personal hygiene products The Foundation for Community and Family Health provides important resources to help our community stay healthy and informed.
