Please join us in raising awareness for breast Cancer and other health issues right here in our community at the Health Festival immediately following before the walk. Visit the many health booths providing information and awareness for you and your family.

Working together, The Foundation for Community and Family Health encourages all of us to unite in this effort and pool our resources to create a brighter, healthier future for our community.
